UNDERSTANDING THE 2NEAT SITE :

What does the RESERVED button mean? When you see a reserved button, it means that the item is not available. In most cases, we are holding it on reserve pending the arrival of a mailed payment.

Are all the items on the website currently available? Yes, all items listed should be available - we update our site multiple times a day. Items with a reserved button are NOT available unless the customer cancels the order. On rare occasions, two persons will order the same item at the same time. Should that happen, we will contact the second person with an apology.

What if I have a question before ordering? Please email us directly via brenda@woodenski.com.

I cannot find what I need, what should I do? Try the search feature on our search hints page or ask us. It is an excellent idea to use the search feature every time you visit. For example, a search on "Colorado" will identify every page on the site that has Colorado-related material - some of it may occur in surprising places.

How is the publication condition described? We use the system made popular on eBay and Half.com, with a more thorough description than that given by most rare book dealers. In general, you will find a condition statement at the top of each page for the materials on that page, as well as individual conditions notes with any item that deviates from the norm for the page. Detailed definitions and condition information here. Please ask if you need more. We guarantee your satisfaction.

 

ORDERING :

What is the process of ordering from 2Neat Books?

1. Place your order via the order form (click submit at the bottom of the form).

2. We will send an order confirmation email to you within 24 hours with shipping information and payment instructions. This email will contain HTML formatting - Most email programs are automatically set to handle HTML without problem. If this email does not arrive, you may have entered your email address incorrectly or it may have been deleted by a spam filter (this happens). Please check your "deleted emails" folder first. If it is not there, PLEASE email us directly or telephone and we will resend it in a different form. Thank you.

3. If you have lots of trouble with your spam filter incorrectly deleting emails, you may wish to add our email addresses to your "Friends" list so you are sure you will receive our "order confirmation" and "shipping information" emails. We send only emails directly related to your purchase.

4. Once you receive our confirmation email, you may pay in $US within 10 days (14 days for foreign orders) by credit card (AMEX, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa), Paypal, check or money order. Mailed payments should be Payable to : BRENDA WIARD, 146 West 6th Street, Salida, CO 81201.

5. If you want to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately, thanks.

6. We ship when payment has been received.

7. We will email you when your order has been shipped.

How safe is it to order from 2Neat Books? 2Neat Books and Magazines is proud to be a registered Colorado Business and a Paypal premier member.

Online credit card information is collected on a secure server. The order system includes a choice of shipping speeds and additional options to pay by Paypal, check or money order. We welcome international customers! Ask if you have questions.

Is it neccessary to use the order form to place an order? Yes, we appreciate your use the order form because it generally provides us with more complete information. It is OK to give us the same information in an email. Please remember that we will need full shipping address and choice of shipping.

What are my choices for payment? You will have the choice to pay by credit card (AMEX, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa), Paypal, check or money order. All payments should be in US Dollars. Mailed payments should be Payable to : BRENDA WIARD, 146 West 6th Street, Salida, CO 81201. If you are mailing payment, please tell us so we know to expect a delay.

The 2Neat Books geology site is not yet set up with a shopping cart system. This means that you cannot yet pay directly at the same time you place your order - my apologies for this. Once you receive your "order summary" email with the total including shipping, you may then pay by one of the following methods : 1) Online via PAYPAL, 2) Online via credit card using the link (I will prepare it for you by request) on the secure server at our companion site 2Neat Magazines, OR 3) Via Mailed payment.

If you select to pay online via Card, we will email a link on our companion website to a secure private page there for you to use. We do not see your credit card number - it goes straight to STRIPE, a third party card processor. Thank you!

How quickly must I pay? We must receive your payment within ten days (14 days for orders from outside the USA). If you are paying by credit card or Paypal, you may pay immediately upon receipt of our order confirmation email. We like to provide good service with rapid shipping, so we appreciate the quick payments that help us ship quickly.

SHIPPING :

How quickly will my order be shipped? We ship within 24 hours of receiving your payment. We will email you again at that time.

Do you ship outside of the United States? YES. We are happy to ship internationally and will give you choices of speed and cost for international shipping. All prices are in United States dollars ($US). To check the total in your currency, here is a link to a currency converter. - XE.com Currency Converter . Please do not ask us to falsify the customs forms, thank you.

How will my purchase be packed? We package professionally: all purchases are sealed in plastic and shipped in a stiff container, so damage is not likely. Where we can, we re-use cardboard boxes and clean packing materials donated to the 2Neat cause by our local community.

 

MISC. :

Will you scan something for me and email it? NO. We are sorry, but we no longer have time for this service.

I have publications to sell, are you interested in purchasing them? WE ARE BUYING ONLY LIMITED ITEMS NOW. Our primary interest is in out-of-print US STATE Geological Survey materials and out-of-print USGS Professional Papers and Bulletins. The materials must be in Good or better condition and must be intact (all plates and maps present, etc.). We will need an advance list of what you have, abbreviated lists such as Nevada bulletins 7, 10, 15, 16, 31 (etc) are fine.

I need an invoice, will one be sent? In most cases, the order confirmation email we send works well as an invoice. If you need more than this, please let us know.

Is my satisfaction guaranteed? We guarantee your satisfaction - if you have a problem, please email us and we will do our best to fix it. We carefully examine, grade, and store our publications, but we are human and a mistake is possible. We do ask that you pay attention to "condition" statements and ask any questions prior to ordering. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, sorry - that is in the hands of the US Postal Service.

What is your privacy policy? We never share your information with anyone. We also do NOT generate promotional emails.

Is Sales Tax applicable to my order? If we are shipping to an address in the state of Colorado (USA), a sales tax of 2.9% will be applied to your order.
